2026 Board of Directors Nominations
The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 11:30 am at
100 Northpark Blvd, Covington, LA 70433
This year three Board Director positions and the Secretary position will be open for nominations.
The Nominating Committee has nominated the following members who are in good standing and each has agreed to accept the position if elected:
Wayne Jourdain, Director, I have been a member since 1995, and serving as a Director since 2003. It has been a privilege to serve on the Board. I will continue to promote further enhancements to the credit union’s products and services.
Kim Twiggs, Director, I have been a member since 1986, and served on the board for years. I am proud of the growth the credit union has made, and will continue to encourage new products and services.
Karen Guidry, Director, I have been a member since 1989, and serving as a Director since 2001. If re-elected, I shall continue to promote the expansion of services, such as Real Time Payments and additional web-based transactions.
Jaqueline Crouch, Secretary, I have been a member since 1989, and a Secretary for years. If elected, I will continue to prepare and distribute documentation pertaining to the credit to ensure we are adhering to our bylaws and policies.
The election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when there is only one nominee for each position to be filled.
If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors, have not been nominated by the Nominating Committee, and a member in good standing, you may petition for election by:
1. Download and complete the petition form below. (You will need a minimum of 26 signatures to be nominated)
2. Create a short bio and list of qualifications.
3. Sign a statement that indicates your willingness to serve if elected.
4. Submit all of the above files to the link below by April 20, 2026.
