DISASTER PLAN  

No matter what type of disaster we are faced with, CUSA is committed to providing continuing

financial  services at all times to our members. CUSA will keep our members informed on our

website at www.cusafcu.com of the credit union’s plans in the event our branches are closed for

any reason.

In the event the Chevron Northpark location closes our system may be unavailable. You will be

able to conduct transactions, however you will have lower offline limits. Please keep in mind as

soon as the Chevron Northpark location opens our system will be available.

Please make sure to plan ahead write down your CUSA Member Number and activate your

ATM / Debit Card before leaving for an evacuation.

Online Banking

24/7 access to all of your Credit Union accounts. You can view deposits, withdrawals, and make account transfers. While our system is unavailable this will be unavailable as well.

Bill Pay  

24/7 access to make payments, schedule payments, view pending payments, or obtain payment history. While our system is unavailable this will be unavailable as well.

Apply for a loan at anytime from any computer with internet access.

24/7 access to your funds from any ATM. For transactions at no charge use any Allpoint ATMs or CUhere ATMs nationwide.

24/7 access to your funds anywhere VISA is accepted.

Credit Union Service Center

Access your accounts in person at any of the 5,000 plus Credit Union Service Centers nationwide.
